Getting Noticed

Getting Noticed... Take the company “Blendtec”, a manufacturer of blenders that experienced a 500% increase in business after showing a mildly humorous demo on Utube. Not bad considering that it cost ZERO dollars for the demo and took a little time thinking it up and actually going through with it. If you haven’t gotten it by now that this is the new way to advertise, then maybe you should take a look at this video on Utube.com. Here is the link to the demo. It won’t cost anything to check it out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAr2rRaCgM0&feature=channel_page Now you should ask yourself these questions: 1. What should I tell my audience? (Keep it simple.) 2. Should it be an educational sell? (Maybe a few facts about your product or service.) 3. Should it be a promotional sell? (Try a little humor, but be careful. Something that is humorous to you might not be humorous to everyone else.) 4. How long should the video be? A. (Answer: FOUR to FIVE minutes or less.) If the video is any longer, you risk the possibility of the viewer becoming bored and switching away from your video. B. Use Wide Screen in MP4 format. (This is 720P, or 1280X720.) This gives you the best quality. C. Post your video to multiple sites: For example: utube.com, delicious.com, digg.com, reddit.com, and stumbleupon.com D. Use a posting service such as: Tubemogul.com. This site is free and will post your video to seven sites. E. Issue press releases announcing your video. For example: prfree.com and or sbwire.com Any questions call or email to: Bill Lindsey Lindsey Studio of Photo/Design 302-995-1987 or Email: bill@lindseystudio.com

A note about my fine art prints

As you can see, almost all the prints that are listed are 8x10 in size. If you need a print that is larger that 8x10, all you have to do is email me and I will print any of your favorite photos to a larger size. For instance, Drawyers creek was originally supposed to be a 49x16 inch print but an 8x10 is the most common size listed on my website. Larger prints are more expensive of course. A 49x16 inch print costs $500.00 and is signed, dated, numbered and titled.
