Know what you're buying before you check out.

Some of our prints have a border which may include the artist's name, the title of the picture and other wording. The 'paper size' dimensions (shown beneath each image) refer to the full print, including any border. The 'image size' dimensions refer to the image alone.

Original
An original created by the artist. ( Usually one-of-a-kind or numbered.)

Reproduction Print
A copy or facsimile of an original work: that is, not the real McCoy. Reproductions can be limited, which means they are part of a finite series, or they can be open-ended which means there's no limit to the number that can be produced.

Reproduction Photograph
A copy or facsimile of a photograph: that is, not a print from the original negative.

Poster
An image produced mainly for hanging in recreation room, bedroom etc. Printed on photographic paper and sent in a roll; usually 20x30 inches.

Limited Edition Print
A limited series of impressions of a given image, usually fewer than 300, each signed and numbered by the artist.

Credit Card - online
We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Sorry, we do not accept Diner's Club.

Credit Card - by phone
If you would prefer not to send your card details over the Internet, you may phone them through to our office. Please have your order number to hand, when you call.

Check
We also accept payment by Postal money order and personal check. The personal check must clear (usually seven to ten days) before we can begin work on your fine art print.

Shipping Costs
Our shipping and handling charges for USA are $15.00 for orders containing framed items and $ 2.95 for unframed prints. This charge is per order, regardless of how many items ordered.

Express Shipping Option
We normally ship orders of unframed prints by USPS.

Shipping Costs -
In general, Photozoner.com shipping costs will be determined by:

1. Whether or not an order contains a framed print
2. The total weight of framed prints
3. The destination country of the shipment

P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Taxes
Delaware residents are not charged taxes
Customers receiving goods outside the USA may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it's a matter between you and customs. You are responsible for any duty owed.

Cancellation of an order
You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Simply send us an email to: bill@photozoner.com with 'Order Cancellation' in the subject line. Don't forget to tell us your order number!

Returns

Our returns policy is simple: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund.

At Photozoner.com we always do our best to provide a terrific product. We hope you'll be thrilled with everything you order from us. At the same time, we realize that we cannot please all the people all of the time.

Please note that we're not able to offer different goods in exchange for the ones you return: It simply makes life too complicated. If you want to order something else, please just order afresh from the website.

We also ask that if you are taking advantage of this offer you do so with careful thought and in genuine emergencies only. This is not intended to enable people deliberately to over-order so that they can view products with the intention of keeping some and returning others. Also please note that, in the case of framed pictures, we will have gone to a lot of trouble to make your frames exactly to your specifications, and they will not be re-usable for any other purpose.

To make sending things back as painless as possible, we've designed our returns procedure to be quick and easy.

Returns procedure

1. Email us quoting your order number and reason for the return.
2. As soon as we receive your Email notification, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to us.
3. Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, but please allow 28 days.

• Goods must be returned in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging
• We are proud of the prints we make and try to ensure that the product we supply, fully meets our customers expectation. Our guarantee for such orders therefore only covers faulty workmanship or damage while in transit.
• We cannot unfortunately, refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the USA.

Here at Photozoner.com we value our customers above all else. If for any reason you have a complaint about our service, please call our office at: 302-995-1987 or e-mail us at: bill@photozoner.com and we will do our best to make you happy again! We try to respond to all complaints within one working day, but no more than five working days.

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your purchase or to products you purchase through PhotoZoner.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate PhotoZoner.com’s intellectual property rights, PhotoZoner.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Delaware, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
